Lenovo Yoga Laptop aint charging right

I would appreciate some help on this if anyone knows.
This cunting thing stops charging at 22%. I have tried everything , opened it and blew out the dust and ash. Tested battery. Updated Bios. System restore. Not overheating fan ok. Bring it to some expert they will charge just for opening it. What could it be? Any ideas

Had similar happen to my Sony Vario, New battery was more than what the laptop was worth.

How old is it? Have you considered that too many battery cells have died?

Have you tried switching it off and switching it back on again?
